Mr. Tomasz came to us with an incorrectly functioning energy storage, which often turned off and did not work in its characteristics, according to which it should optimize energy consumption in a two-zone tariff.
At first we were just a little concerned, but it turned out to be more serious than we thought.
After the audit, it turned out that almost all the eyelets of the wires were incorrectly tightened, which caused rapid oxidation and eventually overheating of the wires. In addition, the battery charging parameters were set as for acid batteries, not lithium-ion batteries. It was almost a tragedy.
