Bartłomiej Choroszczyński

Bartłomiej Choroszczyński is the founder of ENERP Sp. z o.o. and a practicing renewable energy systems installer. He designs and deploys photovoltaic solutions, energy storage systems (Victron Energy, Huawei, Sinexcel, Pylontech, BYD), heat pumps, air conditioning, and Loxone smart home systems for residential and commercial clients in Poland.

As the only Victron Software Integrator in Poland, he configures custom energy management systems using Venus OS, Node-RED and ModBus/MQTT protocols — from single-family homes to industrial installations. At ENERP he owns technical standards, partner certifications, and team competency development.

He runs a YouTube channel with 30,000+ subscribers where he shares practical installation experience, equipment tests, and solutions to real client problems. He regularly attends partner training programs from Victron, Loxone, Panasonic, Huawei, and Sinexcel.
